This is your classic shoulder, neck, head, and face massage. This treatment hits all the points that may cause headaches and tension. If your body is in a good place but you need to release your shoulder and head, this is the treatment for you!

If the regular Swedish massages aren't getting deep enough for you, the Bamboo massage has you covered. Bamboo rolls out the muscles, giving you a more stretched feeling. The Bamboos are also heated, giving you the added benefit of heat therapy. 

Hot Stones is a heat therapy massage. This treatment releases the muscles with a higher heat, which is massaged into the muscles. If you don't like deep pressure but need a therapy that gets deep into the muscles, this treatment is for you.

This is the full body treatment, which is head-to-toe. If you cannot choose which areas you need focusing on, why not just have everything covered?!

This massage is for someone who needs a little extra, in their massage. This is a full body massage, which also includes either Bamboo or Hot Stones. Bamboo is for someone who needs a little deeper pressure, whereas Hot Stones is a little more relaxing and calming.
